on or around 2012. I noticed account on my XXXX and XXXX credit report that did n't belong to Bank of America account with a foreclosure status. Date open XXXX mortgage term of two years. I immediately disputed account as not mine. Credit report agency along with Bank of America refuse to remove this item from my credit report. I had never had to an bank of America mortgage. I 'm requesting and complaining that this account be removed from my credit report. I never signed any mortgage loan Bank of America has refused to send me documentation, because frankly there is n't any documentation showing that I a mortgage with Bank of America.
