I have been trying to clear a XXXX XXXX account from my report since XX/XX/XXXX.
This account was included and discharged in a Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX. I have repeatedly sent credit dispute forms to Equifax as they are reporting the account with a past due balance of {$100.00}. All Chapter XXXX accounts were paid and should report a XXXX balance. For some reason, they refuse to clear this XXXX account up and it is hurting my credit score and reporting negatively. The account was from XX/XX/XXXX. I have been working very hard to recover from a bankruptcy and trying to clean up my credit. Equifax just keeps ignoring my requests and never seems to resolve the negative status. All of the other XXXX accounts in the Bankruptcy are reporting correctly with a XXXX balance except for this XXXX. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
