I Owed XXXX a bill for {$440.00} I Paid them late on XXXX/XXXX/2015 but then A Bill Collector contacted me ERC '' Enhanced Recovery Company LLC. Later contacted me about the bill they said they would settle it for {$260.00} I Explained I Had paid XXXX The full amount already and sent them a copy of the receipt and then they told me sense it was not a collection it would be removed from my credit after months of waiting it was still on my credit I Contacted them again and they then sent me a letter saying they received my payment of {$260.00} I Never sent them any money I Paid XXXX I Have tried everything with them and have got nowhere!
