On XXXX XXXX my sister received a call from XXXX a representative with Heritage acceptance. She did not Identify herself or the company she was calling from. XXXX was calling to confirm my residence through my sister. My sister advised them that I was XXXX. A week later I receive a letter stating that there was a judgement against me the amount and how much I owe. However the did not specifically state that this was an attempt to collect. This debt was from XX/XX/XXXX, and the judgement was filed XX/XX/XXXX. The statue has passed for them to report this to the credit bureau as the have threatened to do so with in the letter. Also the were advised that I am disable and do not have the ability to pay. XXXX then asked my sister who was speaking on my behalf if she was able to pay it. Which was inappropriate to solicit my sister for she did not owe. My sister asked to speak with the supervisor XXXX and she explained the same thing to the supervisor and XXXX was still insistent upon collecting on the debt as well. I am mentally and physically XXXX and have been for along time, with the documentation to provided details concerning my XXXX of which I feel I should not have to disclose. The were advised that I do n't have the ability to pay, and the debt is 18yrs old. XXXX stated that they can try to collect on a judgement up to 20yrs. Either way I do n't have the ability to pay, am currently XXXX and request that the debt be eliminated. I can afford to continually be contacted about this debt and I am on a fixed income that barely meet my daily living expenses
