Repeated calls to a number that is not mine, and I have asked them to remove the number from the file. I offered a different number that they could call daily if needed. This company rep stated on voice mails that " A file with your social security number attached is in our office. If you do not contact us you will no longer be allowed to use your bank. '' Also they threatened legal action. When I mentioned that I was going to file a complaint, they said they would no longer give me any written documentation and that they would see me in court. I offered to make a payment plan, but was told that would cost an additional {$5.00} in " processing fees '' per month.
