We are trying to collect at least the XXXX grand that you owe. " I did have an account XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX ( {$900.00} and made XXXX payment of {$99.00} ), however, I filed bankruptcy, during that time and my home was sold ( XX/XX/XXXX ).
The representative referred to me by my present name, and former name ( last name of marriage ). " XXXX XXXX '' ended the call when I told him that I was going to contact an attorney.
