in 2010 i just graduated from XXXX and rented a room on a 30 day trial run to see if i could make it as a XXXX. they had a small business which rented rooms to XXXX XXXX and another XXXX. a lady selling credit card machines invited us to all group together to use XXXX terminal and each have a specific number for each of our transactions the lady sat us down all together and verbally told us there were no commitments until 30 days and if we closed after a XXXX period of time the contract would be voided. if i sent her a picture of the empty room in which i did close with in the designated time before i became locked in the contract after the 30 day trial. everyone of us shared the terminal and we returned it within the specified time frame when the salesperson came to see my closed XXXX. i had not had a XXXX and did not even have a rental agreement for the room.which also was on a trail basis.i did n't even meet certain guidelines for even being able to get the offer of a terminal .that 's why she said it was a trail run.because i did n't qualify until i had the correct paperwork and XXXX which i could not afford to do. I was not the only person w a contract and if i did n't use the terminal alone there should be others that can verify the verbal agreement of the trial 30 day term.please try to help.the representative did not tell us the truth when we signed the paper.she said that there would be no problems that she would guarantee us that we were not responsible if we could n't afford to stay open.i could n't even pay for my supplies.why would i obligate myself to a huge contract? and the rep knew that and she still trapped me into signing along with other people who signed.
