XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me to collections ( Rash Curtis & Associates ). This was a pre bankruptcy petition debt. Rash Curtis & Associates reported this debt unpaid in XX/XX/XXXX. This is a post bankruptcy petition collection action and a violation of my bankruptcy discharge ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I explained this to XXXX XXXX XXXX on at least XXXX occasions and requested that they remove the collection from my credit report/s. They did not. I recently disputed this with XXXX and it appears that they agreed with my explanation and have removed the collection from my credit report. I am concerned that I may have been turned down for employment because of the collections reference on my credit report. I would also like to request to be informed if any information in my file has been used against me.
