Principal payment in the amount of {$220.00} was submitted to Discover Student Loans on XXXX XXXX, 2015 by personal check. This check was cashed on XXXX XXXX, 2015 but not credited toward my account.
I sent an email on XXXX XXXX, 2015 requesting that they correct this error ( backdated to the date they cashed the check ) and received an email back requesting proof of my payment which I supplied ( canceled check images ) on XXXX XXXX, 2015. My account STILL has not been credited the payment.
