Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 10th June 2015.
I am pregnant with my XXXX child. Obviously medical bills pile up. This is compounded by the fact that if you get behind by 1 day they send you to collection. Then you have to deal with the stress of a collection agency while still maintaining your payments on other bills.
This debt was sent to collection in error. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who apologized and stated it would be removed. However, on XXXX/XXXX/2015 i get a XXXX demand letter to pay this debt. In bold letters stating DUE BY XXXX/XXXX/2015. i repeatedly get calls but they never leave a message. XXXX
Additionally, they try to trick you into going to their website XXXX XXXX how professional is that website? ) in order to get the link to get your free copy of your credit report. Talk about being an Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Practice. Fortunately i am an informed consumer who knows the website is XXXX. I feel sorry for those who are elderly and are tricked into whatever scam they have waiting for them on that site.
