I was advised by XXXX employees ( XXXX males ) that I would havea due date change after making my payments, which did not workwith my pay cycles. I made the payments and when I inquiredabout the due date change there was a delay in their response tome so it caused me to be late again. When I asked about whatwas promised and said to me on the phone they had nodocumentation and calls are not recorded. I feel like I had beendiscriminated against, being a single woman. In 2012 I was eventold that I should have planned better when I went out on XXXX. When I called to make arrangments after being in thehospital I spoke with XXXX. I said I refuse to speak to anothermale at this company I felt discriminated against and wanted afemale. He said I had to deal with him, I requested a femalemanager or female account rep. He replied there are no femalemanagers and that he is now reviewing my account. I explainedthat I am going to report this to because that is hard to believe.
He asked what XXXX issues I was having and I again explainedI refuse to speak to him and wanted a female. They requesteddocuments of my XXXX issues or something showing that I wasin the hospital. I thought this was only required when you are filingfor XXXX insurance to make your payments. I will supply copiesof XXXX bills, but feel like it release my XXXX information whichthey do not need.
