Apple Recovery continues to call our number, trying to collect a debt that is not ours for a person we have never heard of. Their initial response to our complaint was to ask us to call a non-toll free number to remove our telephone number, and that they do not have a record of our SSN. They should have been provided with our phone number already and should have no trouble removing it, but they have not.
