On XXXX/XXXX/2015 at approximately XXXX, I called Central Credit Servcies LLC at XXXX to make a couple payments ahead on my account. The lady that answered sounded like she had difficulty looking up my account. I had to give her my social security number about XXXX times for her to get it clear. Then she acted like she could n't find my account. I 've called before and they have it up on the screen where all I have to do is verify it. Then she said I have to CALL MONDAY to figure out what happened to my account. She asked for my account number, I gave it to her and she hung up. I was n't rude and do not understand why I was treated like this. I understand it was close to then end of business hours but had she not procrastinated, the payments would have been made. I take her actions as payment refusal and feel Central Credit Services LLC should free me from my loan. I called to make a payment and was refused.
