I never received the bills from Best Buy credit card, and therefore was not aware of the payment dates, once I was contacted by phone I learned of the issue and submitted payments immediately, and have paid the balance in full. However, the missed payments have placed a bad mark on my credit report, and as I am a young father of XXXX children who is preparing to purchase a home that is dramatically impacting my life. Please remove these bad marks from my record as I never received the bills.
