I dispute the validity of this entire debt. I am invoking Texas Finance Code 392.202 CORRECTION OF THIRD-PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR 'S OR CREDIT BUREAU 'S FILES. The XXXX is not bonded in Texas and is acting illegally. They will not send me proof of not being bonded in Texas so I can not send proof to the credit bureaus to remove these charges that I am not liable for. They also will not send me any proof that they have any sort of contract with the hospital that they say I had procedures at.
