Received notice today XXXX/XXXX/2016 that my citicard account ending in XXXX was closed. This was done due to non use of the account but does adversely impact my credit standing since this account had {$30000.00} available. I believe that this adverse action requires prior notice and there was none. Representative I spoke with said this was citi bank 's policy and contacting the cfpb was fine.
