On XXXX/XXXX/15, several XXXX employees from Account Control Technology contacted elderly relatives from my extended family at ( XXXX ) XXXX. They claimed to work for the US government, which was a lie. They worked for a company called Account Control Technology. In addition to making false threats, this fraudulent company sent me a virus and impersonated US government officials over the telephone in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Billing Credit Act. I am the victim of identity theft and grand larceny. This fraudulent company stole my identity electronically.
