Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 1st June 2015.
I had a card with XXXX closed acct to open a XXXX rewards acct, had issues when trying to use card got so upset I cancelled and paid off. A XXXX card was opened ( not by me ) and I refuse to pay something not mine. XXXX sent me a letter, when I wanted proof of card and charges, telling me it was personal and confidential information. They sent a piece of psper also that was suppose to be an online conversation between me and them that states I have an XXXX ( which I do n't ) and that I was verbal ( which I was n't ) the conversation does n't even have an origination, ( from an email, phone etc ). How can they tell me it is personal and confidential if it concerns me???? I furnished info via mail to credit bureaus XXXX deleted it, XXXX is still investigating, and experian said they updated but it is still there and nothing has changed, it is not mine, I want it removed. I have sent XXXX certified letters to XXXX for proof of debt and I get nothing, I paid anything I owed XXXX and I want them to remove this XXXX fraudulent account. I ca n't upload anything but whatever you require by mail I will send.
