My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a widowed mother whose XXXX husband and myself attended Education Management Corporation 's XXXX University for a short time in 2009. I myself only attended for just under XXXX months, but XXXX claims I was there a year taking classes I have no recollection of attending. A letter I received from XXXX 's Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs, XXXX XXXX, states in it that they charged me for a class I never attended. It also states that I never attempted to use the tutor service, which is not true, I attempted to many times with no answer. XXXX University, the online division under EDMC specifically, has had a whistle-blower named XXXX XXXX allege job placement fraud, which I can certainly say I was a victim of. Every call I made for help, I was sent to dead-end voicemails that never got answered. When I tried to leave the school, no one was there to help me with the process. My fianc, to whom we have a XXXX month old baby boy, has been making XXXX predatory schools, and we have been harassed and abused by XXXX XXXX and EDMC 's lawyer XXXX XXXX. The Department of Education keeps these schools alive that have defrauded America 's future professionals of the lives ' they deserve. EDMC only cares about money, we students are treated like a hindrance to this goal of theirs. The ED looks the other way and ignores cries for help. I have already sent letters to my Michigan AG, and the Michigan XXXX. XXXX University should never have had a license per XXXX XXXX allegations. While this case is under trial, it makes me wonder how the ED has the right under the 4th amendment to seize my tax refund, and hurt my family tremendously. I am on strike for this fraudulent debt, and if the Government illegally seizes my tax dollars again, everything will be documented. I have proof I 've found that I will send to you, and I also need to follow up and send new information to all the State and Federal Departments I have already sent letters to. Please Help, XXXX XXXX
