I paid this medical account in full with the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX University XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and I was assured that the collections entry were going to be removed completely from all credit bureaus. The collection agency is refusing to remove the entry after a full payment was made to the original creditor and the collection agency is reporting the account as a paid collection instead of removing the account as I was told and agreed to. The main purpose to remove the account from my credit report is to lessen the impact on my credit score and be clear of any collections. I was assured that after making a " full payment '' the account was going to be completely removed and now that they received my money are refusing to remove the account from my credit report and instead just updated the account to reflect as a paid collection, this is a violation of our agreement.
