Legally I do not owe. I was not evicted. I have never been evicted. I do not have to pay fees for something that did not happen. Said the Judge. I have court documents stating that I do not owe this. I have a receipt that I paid what was ordered ; paid in full. This is a point of harassment and intimidation. I sent a notice in 2014 to cense and desist. I am XXXX and have been living on a fixed income budget. I would like assisted to resolve. The claim is on my credit reports and is causing damage to my credit profile and good name. I would like to resolve this matter without going to small claims court for damages, but this is also credit issue and fraud. dmp
