Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 2nd June 2015.
Apparently I have a name that 's easy to search and find mailing address and phone number. Consequently I receive dunning phone calls and letters demanding payment of debts that are not mine. NEVER mine. It seems to me the callers could take XXXX more minute on the internet and confirm I 'm not the person they 're looking for. I 'm absolutely sick of these calls and letters and can not find any way to stop them. I suggest a regulation that mandates some level of validation before these collection agencies take the easy way and just call or write everyone, hoping to get a response from the XXXX they 're really after.
