My social was used on a business credit card as the primary that was applied for in XX/XX/XXXX According to American Express there was no activity on the card for 9 years. In XX/XX/XXXX a XXXX card was sent by American Express to the owner of the company. The owner activated the card and proceeded to charge more than {$31000.00} too that card. I only found out about the card in XX/XX/XXXX when American Express called me looking for payment. I have no ownership or partnership in this company and have not worked there for the past 9 years. American Express keeps calling me and not the owner of the company who did all the actual charging. I have called American Express several times to get no where. Also if you look at the bill when it came in it has the company name listed XXXX and the my name XXXX as the owner of a company would you not question that??
I filed several fraud complaints with American Express and they say they can do nothing about it. Yet i have asked for a copy of the application and they can not provide me with XXXX?
