I was working with XXXX to repair my credit. I got in writing a log note from Allied stating if I came in and signed they would remove from credit. They forced me to sign a confession of judgment to go on a payment plan to repay the amount owed to Allied. Against my better judgment they told me they would not remove from credit unless I complied. I did so by signing the documents. Now, they are refusing to remove from my credit stating it wo n't be removed until it 's paid in full. This was not the agreement. This is causing my score to be in jeopardy through the credit bureaus and it 's causing me to be declined for a home loan. I have all the documents to back up what I am stating. This has been going on for three months now, with no progress.
