the collection agency [ bay area recievables ] are trying to collect a debt that would have been paid by the VA XXXX XXXX, had they paid attention to my instructions to not bill XXXX, but to bill the VA XXXX XXXX, theVA paid all of my medical bill 's from all providers, but the bill in dispute was not paid in full, XXXX paid all but XXXX dollars of the bill, had they billed the VA they would have been paid in full, i am a 100 % XXXX vet and my XXXX is taken care of by the VA, there fore I would like to have this removed from my credit report.
