I withdrew my request for a loan with Mason McDuffie to work with the Builder 's preferred lender, as this was in my best interest. Mason McDuffie asked me to remain with them and offered a full loan approval in 48 hours. After I declined, Mason McDuffie entered my loan into the FHA system as a denial. This created a significant impediment to my loan being transferred and approved by the Builder 's preferred lender.
