On XXXX XXXX, 2014, XXXX XXXX XXXX, with Kinum, Inc., called me, he was abusive. He yelled, suggested I turn off a cell phone and get rid of it to pay the debt. I explained I did not own the phone, then XXXX XXXX hung up on me.

XXXX XXXX did not use any foul language, but I spoke with the Chief Compliance XXXX XXXX XXXX the same day and filed a complaint. However, instead of taking any interest in the conduct of XXXX XXXX, the conversation quickly turned back to the debt. More then a year later I have not heard the result of this complaint.
