Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 22nd May 2015.
Back in XXXX of 2014 I started to receive threatening phone calls demanding payment of this debt or that legal action would be taken against me. There were XXXX companies representing XXXX separate payday loan groups. The first was XXXX XXXX XXXX who was collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX 2014 I paid a total amount XXXX from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I have an email with an attached document stating that the debt has been settled/paid in full. The XXXX group was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who claimed to be representing XXXX XXXX XXXX which I paid XXXX on XXXX XXXX 2014. I have also received a paid in full document from this company as well stating that the debt has been resolved. This may I received a call from Tier1 Asset Management Group LLC who miss represented who and what the were collecting. At first I was told that they were collecting a debt for XXXX in the amount of XXXX. When I called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX who admitted that they had made some mistakes on their end and disclosed that what they were collecting was for XXXX payday loans in the amount of XXXX each. XXXX loan was for the XXXX group and the other loan is for the XXXX XXXX. Which have both been previously paid. I had previously set up payment arrangements with Tier1 under the understanding I was paying off my debt with XXXX in the amount of XXXX.
