I have never been evicted. The report done by Screening Reports shows XXXX eviction notices. XXXX notices are the result of the rental company filing paper work too quick and not giving me a chance to take care of things. The XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX was quickly rectified, we never went to court. The XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX was a mistake. I gave the landlord written notice of my intentions and the next day I received confirmation of this information. I left when I said I would. Several days later I received a intent to evict. I called the landlord and they said they would take care of it. If they would of taken care of it there would be NO record on my report. I explained this to Screening Reports. They told me, " there was nothing I could do about it and it would be there for XXXX years. This is not fair. I was never evicted. I fell behind XXXX and now I am unable to find a place for my son and myself to live.
