My bank account was seized on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX. My joint accounts with my children were also seized, the have nothing to do with this debt. In total, XXXX accounts were seized, whereas only XXXX is mine. My children are not named in the court documents, only my bank. Where they got that information I do not know. I certainly never gave it to them. I received no certified or registered letter of court documents, and when I contacted XXXX XXXX those documents miraculously showed up on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, 6 months after the court date, and after my account was already seized. It has now been 70 days, and XXXX has still not released the hold They took all of my and my families money, which was n't that much to start out with. This has caused much hardship. There are fees included in my court documents that are frivolous. No XXXX served me with papers, yet there is a fee of XXXX for that. Miraculously, the XXXX office also sent a document in late XXXX XXXX, I feel to cover themselves, and once again well after the fact. This is unacceptable, and has devastated me and my family.
