XXXX issued a {$50.00} " rebate card '' that showed an expiration date but did not state anywhere on the card that the balance was forfeited at that time. The call center manager XXXX agreed that this was deceptive and had me contact his supervisor, XXXX Agent ID XXXX, a member of corporate support team CITI prepaid. Their phone number is XXXX. The card number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. This is a horrible practice and should have the same 5 yr ( at a minimum ) time limit that gift cards have as well.
