Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 18th May 2015.

I discovered my credit bureau reflected a collection for XXXX phone service via Harvard Collections. On XXXX XXXX, I called Harvard and spoke to a XXXX to request a copy of the letter she claimed was sent to me. I had already heard from XXXX prior collection agencies, and I disputed the claimed debt with very specific and documented reasons for my dispute. XXXX at Harvard claimed she would resend the letter via fax and email and remove the item from my credit bureau. This did not occur, so on XXXX XXXX, I wrote to Harvard with copies of my previous letter to other collection agencies explaining I did not agree with the debt and inviting litigation to resolve the matter. Instead on XXXX XXXX, 2015 I received a copy of XXXX 's erroneous bills. I wrote back to Harvard on XXXX XXXX explaining the bills were erroneous and in dispute. I have not heard back, and this item remains unjustifiably on my credit bureau.
