I have a XXXX ( XXXX ) loan with ( University XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) outstanding with XXXX late payments from last year. ECSI told me to fill out a economic hardship application so there is proof of my XXXX last year during those XXXX late payments and they would clear those late payments reported with credit bureau. They accepted my application but the credit bureau is still reporting the XXXX late payments. I need those late payments cleared from my name please. I pay XXXX the amount due on this same loan every month now that my business is reporting income. I would appreciate a little help, especially from all the hard work I put in for a XXXX and the effort it takes to start a business from scratch.
