I have had a mortgage on my current house and has always been on automatic draft out of my checking account. My mortgage company paid my county TAX bill late ( -- even after several phone calls to them advising them I was receiving late notices ) -This caused my county ( XXXX ) to put a tax lien on my credit report and now I cant get them to correct it. This has hurt my credit rating and I have dropped from an Excellent rating to a Good rating. I have made many documented phone calls and emails to CMC Funding/XXXX will not do anything to correct the situation. I have notified the XXXX XXXX agency and CMC Funding/ XXXX XXXX and nothing has been done in over 2 months. They have paid my Tax Bill late 2 Years in a Row and have not taken the issue seriously. The lack of response has been pathetic. Please Help
