Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( " NCI '' ) frequently contacts me more than once per day and more than federal laws allow. At times, the telephone calls take place up to XXXX times in a single XXXX hour period. See attached copy of the XXXX XXXX, 2015 demand letter for additional details and examples.
Although NCI received the demand letter on XXXX XXXX, 2015, they continue to call me repeatedly. XXXX has called me no less than XXXX times between XXXX XXXX and the present date. See attached : copy of certified mail receipt ( front and rear views ) and photographs of my cellular telephone log.
NCI also violates federal law by failing to provide me with the information to which I am legally entitled. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I verbally communicated a request to receive both a verification of my debt and a current statement of my account to a collection agent known to me only as " XXXX. '' Although this person told me that I can expect to receive the requested information and that it would come from a Pennsylvania address, I never received anything from NCI. For this reason, I have no contacts, monthly statements, receipts or additional correspondence to submit.
