I entered into a payment plan with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I received regular bills every month up to and including XX/XX/XXXX. I never received another bill or letter after this. No attempt was made to contact me either by mail or phone. I received letter from Revenue Recovery Corporation on Monday XX/XX/XXXX stating this account had been placed in collection.I called XXXX XXXX on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXXand was told that the account was set up on a payment plan in XX/XX/XXXX and that they had sent a letter in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX which I never received. The account was put into collection in XX/XX/XXXX according to them. I have all statements that were sent from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX along with cancelled checks.
