To whom it may concern, XXXX finance, XXXX XXXX of XXXX, and there investors are continuing the felony harassment of myself and my wife. Every since we sent a complaint to Consumer Finance. gov, these companies have increased there harassment again. The most significant harassment happened on yesterday ( XXXX - XXXX - XXXX ) around XXXX at krogers on XXXX next to walmart XXXX XXXX. Aqua finance had some of there XXXX try and scare us as we were leaving the store. XXXX walked by us as we were leaving the store and said in a real low voice be careful and then once we got to our car that same XXXX got into a car that was parked right next to ours. As they drove away they yelled out something that sounded like SOON. We are n't leaving our home and we will defend ourselves by any and all means. If this continues we will involve the media!
Note : We recently submitted a complaint on XXXX Finance 's Rip Off web site and I seen were this company along with there investors have had almost XXXX XXXX complaints filed against them! Why are these companies still being allowed to stay in business. Why are n't these XXXX being arrested! Whenever our case ends up in court, we will reach out to other victims of Aqua finance, XXXX XXXX of XXXX, and there investors. We will get the media involved and make sure these companies get exposed for the criminals that they are!
It 's XXXX 's XXXX weekend and now these companies think there going to commence there Holiday Harassment! Today XX/XX/2015 these companies XXXX are going crazy, acting like they are going to hit us wth there vehicles and run us off the road. A typical holiday weekend for us!
