In XXXX of this year, Messerli and Kramer, froze my savings account and on XXXX XXXX, 2015 they had the bank send them a check for {$320.00} and then they released my account. They did this even though they were told that I was on XXXX Assistance in Minnesota. According to Minnesota state law, they were not allowed to garnish my account for at least 6 months after I am off of assistance. I would like my money back and have them charged with whatever crime they have committed against the law.
