Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 12th May 2015.
I was contacted by a representative from J. S. Resolution, saying that I owed a debt that was several years old. I had never heard of the payday loan company. They claimed they had the check, and it would be returned to me once I made the payment.The representative was rude every time I spoke with him. I was trying to get as much information as possible to make sure I was doing the right thing. Now that I have paid it, he said that the judge has the check, and I opt out of getting it back because I did n't take it to court. What proof do I have that this check would not come up again, he did n't have an answer, and became exdtremely rude. Because I called back and questionsed him, was I guess another reason for his rudness. I paid it. I just want proof that this same check does not come up again. If I have done wrong, I took care of the matter. Because I asked questions is no reason for the rude behavior. He was uppose to be a professional.How do I get the check back?
