Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 12th May 2015.
Received a call from XXXX XXXX. The entire Message is as follows. This is an investigation into ( MY Name ) I need to speak to him of his representing attorney Have him call XXXX in the mean time I will try to leave messages with ( my mother, my wife, my ex-wife, my sister, an unknown person, an uncle I have n't seen in XXXX years ). My wife called him and he said he was looking at our financial information and could tell we had money to pay him. He said he would call our current creditors and leave derogatory information. He then proceeded to tell my wife that " They '' original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX could, would, and will get their money. At no point did he disclose his employer. We waited to call " After hours '' and it then says who what and where the call came from. I never received any written documentation from this company so I could dispute. I believe that due to me disputing information on my actual credit report that he was able to contact me.
