On XXXX/XXXX/2015, at XXXX PST, I received a voice mail from XXXX XXXX with Admin Recovery at my place of employment. The message stated the the call is regarding " case file, XXXX, concerning a bad payment passed through XXXX XXXX Bank, in an breach of contract, that looked to have been done maliciously ''.
When I called XXXX back, I was not provided the mini-miranda. He told that the account was pre-legal and that their attorney would be looking to sue me in small claims court in XXXX XXXX because the balance was less than {$5000.00}. When asked, he advised me that they are located in XXXX. It would appear that there was no real intent to sue at the time I was told this.
Additionally, the voice mail and collector uses term " case fie '' to describe my account number with them in an attempt to misrepresent the legal status of the account.
