Fidelity Creditor Services out of XXXX Ca., has erroneously charged a debt to me stemming from a rental agreement which a relative signed and I did not. I advised them of this. However, instead of taking me out of that claim, they filed with the XXXX XXXX Superior Court a complaint against me for nearly {$5000.00}. The debt shows on my credit score and it has negatively impacted my score and my financial reputation as I have in the last 12 months refinanced my home and am about to do so again. As a result of their tactics, my FICO score went from XXXX to XXXX. This has made lenders unable to provide me with lower loan rates thus negatively financially impacting me.In addition, they have provided details about my debt to third parties without my authorization.
