On XX/XX/2016, I received a response from Wells Fargo about my account Project Visa XXXX and XXXX today XXXX. The response did not address any of the issues that I raised.The investigator just wrote a short response and printed a bogus transaction history. She claimed that I was 180 days late, but the history did not show that. The history showed that I paid in timely manner.
