Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 2nd February 2016.
* Letter and documentation attached to explain it all and most of the choices above did not match my case, but had to pick something.
* Sent to collections for a charge i should not pay to replace carpeting in an apartment. Most stains from previous tenant and carpet would naturally get worse as we lived there. Carpet also near the end of its useful life ( 1 year left ) and old, already worn down.
* Tried to work with Property Mgmt. company and showed them picture of large stains coming up 4 weeks after we moved in.
* Trying to charge me over {$700.00} to replace.
* Collection agency never validated debt I disputed ( within a few days of collecting bill ) and never responded.
* Continue to harass and call me, threatening type verbiage, and violating the FCRA.
