I checked my credit report for the XXXX time only to discover that there was a claim of debt that was not true. I have called and requested verification of the debt and they said they would e-mail a bill. I am claiming that the bill was never an agreed upon total and I am requesting some substantiation of the bill, but they can provide none and refuse to remove the account.
