We had medical emergency at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. We paid all the bills in time except a small bill for {$97.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which we never received. During this time we also moved so XXXX be the notices were lost in mail. Surprisingly 7 months later we got a collection notice on XX/XX/XXXX from PAYACEI ( dated XXXX XXXX ) based in XXXX VA. We immediately called XXXX XXXX XXXX to investigate and made payment for this balance on XXXX XXXX.
We have also received paid in full statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX yet XXXX claims that we owe this money to them. When I called to explain, they were rude and continue to insist that We owe them the money which we already paid. I believe that this company is fraudulent and uses abusive tactics to collect debt, even if it is already paid off.
