I recently found that at the time of my loan closing that my loan for XXXX at 5.875 % 30 yrs simple interest had been changed to 6.875 % FOR TEN YEARS.
and could go up to 12.875 % BY GOING UP 2 % every six months. I DIDNOT SIGN FOR THIS.
MY loan broker discovered this and told me i neversigned up for this and he never made me aloan likethis. I declined to pay and they are foreclosing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I need help.
