On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call on my cell phone from Oxford law llc out of XXXX Pennsylvania. After a lot of wasted time and being talked to very rudely it was discovered they had the wrong phone number on account, and was assured I would not receive another call. I informed them due to my cell plan they cost me money every time they call. I was contacted on XX/XX/XXXX again. It might not sound like a big deal but it is a waste of my time and money due to their incompetence. I find their business practice and tactics very questionable. I have not been late on a bill since the late XX/XX/XXXX and find it very insulting to be spoken to they way they do. As I was looking them up online I was praying they were close enough to drive to.
