I signed for a car loan for XXXX XXXX, he has had car since purchase date of XXXX 2015. He has not made payments and I filed a suit in court to get car returned to me. He returned car to me at court on XXXX XXXX payment was 3 months behind. I paid on XXXX XXXX and on XXXX XXXX. As of today payments are caught up with exception of XXXX XXXX payment ( ten days past due ). I plan to pay this in the next couple weeks and try to sell the car. I explained this to XXXX XXXX at Wells Fargo extension XXXX several times. She keeps calling to have me set up a date to have it automatically taken out of my account, I have told her several times I do NOT want to do that, that I have made two payments this month and plan to get it caught up. She will not take no for an answer, she called me today at work, I told her I cant receive calls at work, she said well you answered did n't you, and she kept trying to keep me on the phone to set up a bill pay date to take it out of my account, I said no, she said why wont you do it? She is a very rude person who keeps calling me, even after payments have been made.
