I spoke to someone from a collection agency about a payday loan I collected in XXXX XXXX, 2011. I did n't have a payday loan during that time. But the people had my Social Security # and the XXXX in 2011.
I not sure what is happening, but I think I a part of a scam or misappropriate information. I think they are trying to file some kind of legal document to collect. I never received any paperwork in the mail, but they had my telephone number and said they were going to file a for my arrest. I did n't see anything on the bankruptcy about a payday loan.
The number to the place that called me is XXXX and its called country court and litigation.
